Pupils at Cockton Hill Junior School are currently taking part in the John Muir Environmental Awards. Working alongside the River Wear Trust and Daisy Arts, and have constructed a willow sculpture within the school grounds. The sculpture is now starting to leaf and is on course to be something the children can be proud of.
